Returns and Exchanges
All Sales are Final. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
All items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Crystals are natural and therefore common to have lines, cervices and rough surfaces which are not considered defects.
All items are very carefully checked before it is delivered to you. Please allow up to 5-10% color discrepancy as different monitors may reflect colors differently.
We do our best to include measurements and other elaborated details to make your shopping experience easy.
All of the pictures are taken in-house, therefore you are purchasing for the exact item(s) shown. If you still have further concerns, do not hesitate whatsapp or email to us.
Tehara Dream will not be responsible for missing parcel / lateness / return back due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel as best as we can.
Tehara Dream will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness / return back for un-trackable normal postage. However we will do our best to send photo proof of item(s).
Tehara Dream will not provide reimbursement or refunds should items be damaged due to rough handling in transit. However, please do contact us via email, whatsapp or Instagram to see if there are any ways we can help.
Rest assured that item(s) are carefully packed with reused bubble wrap / packing materials before mailing / delivery.
Refund(s) are only applicable for items that have been sent wrongly, which will take place within 30 days upon receipt of return item(s).
Customers can return wrong items within 5 days of receipt date for a refund of the item(s). Any late returns will not be entertained. Refund process will take place within 30 days.
In all cases, the item(s) returned must be in their original condition and the original packaging. The item(s) will be inspected once received.
Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.
Tehara Dream recommends you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain a proof of posting.
1. Please use the Contact Us form, whatsapp or email us as soon as possible for wrong item(s).
2. Customer needs to send a picture of the wrong item(s) sent. Upon receiving the item(s), inspection will be made.
For the item(s) to be eligible for a return and exchange, they will have to meet these requirements:
The item(s) received is the wrong item(s) ordered.
Shipping cost have to be born by you in and out.
All item(s) must be in its original condition.
Item(s) must be returned within the stipulated time in the same condition as when it was received in.
Once the item(s) has been posted out, please update us with the tracking number.
Under the rare occasion that the customer failed to return the item within the stipulated time, a valid reason must be provided.
