WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MY FIRST SESSION?

  • Wear any comfortable clothing.

  • Sessions are done fully clothed and not required to gown down.

  • Eat a light meal prior to session so your hunger doesn't distract you :)

  • Allow additional buffer time of about 30 mins for further queries.

  • Come with an open mind and heart 
  • Reiki healing is passive for recipient so just relax and trust the process.

  • It is OK to fall asleep during session.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

  • Frequency defers from person to person, depending on the issue you would like to address.

  • No known side effects, you can receive Reiki as often as you would like.

  • For specific issues, we may recommend up to thrice a week or up to once every couple months for relaxation and stress management.

  • Reiki healing benefits are/can be incremental, so a few sessions may be needed for you to experience more significant positive benefits in various aspects of your life. 

IS REIKI RIGHT FOR ME?

  • Reiki is Universal energy and energy healing isn't tied to a specific belief or religion. All energy source holds no judgement.

  • Reiki is gentle and non-invasive.

  • Safe and suitable for everyone of any age.

  • Reiki complements not contradicts and is often used in conjuncture with other medical treatments to help manage symptoms, prepare for or recover from surgery, manage stress and anxiety etc.

  • Reiki acts as a supportive touch when dealing with troubling situations .

COVID-19 GUIDES

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we understand that there will be some concerns with in-person sessions.

Rest assured that we take pride in our cleanliness and sanitization efforts with sufficient lull periods in between clients. 

Effective 01 December 2021, we will ONLY be accommodating 2 clients a day.

 

Our efforts to maintain a clean and safe space includes but not limited to:

  • Disinfecting and sanitization of all touch points and rooms, including washrooms.

     

  • Fresh set of linens will be used for each client. Strictly no re-using of sheets and towels. Sheets and all other fabrics are washed in high temperature and disinfectant.

     

  • Ventilating of rooms in between clients for at least 60-90 minutes.

     

  • There will also be no physical contact between clients and practitioner.

     

 

Clients are to ensure that:

  • Hands are washed or sanitized before and after session.

     

  • If you are feeling even slightly unwell, kindly notify to reschedule your appointment.
